How we achieve it

  • HSE by design: Risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and constructability reviews baked into pre-construction.
  • Permits & toolbox talks: Daily toolbox briefings, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PTW for hot work, working at height, confined space, lifting, and energized tasks.
  • Competent crews: Induction for all workers; trade-specific training; regular mock drills and emergency response rehearsals.
  • PPE discipline: 100% compliance—helmets, gloves, eye/ear protection, harnesses, fall-arrest systems, reflective gear.
  • Safe lifting: Certified cranes/Hydras, approved rigging plans, tag lines, and banksmen; exclusion zones clearly barricaded.
  • Work-at-height controls: Guardrails, lifelines, full-body harnesses, and scaffold checks with green/yellow/red tags.

Fabricate off-site, assemble on-site

  • Prefabrication & modularity: Up to 90% off-site work for steel frames, LGSF and container modules → faster builds with fewer local disturbances.

  • Material efficiency: Optimized steel sections, precise cutting lists, and nesting reduce scrap; off-cuts are segregated and recycled.

  • Low-VOC paints/sealants; insulated panels and cool roofs to cut energy loads.
  • Option ready for solar-PV, rainwater harvesting, and grey-water reuse when clients request.

Site & logistics

  • Consolidated deliveries to reduce truck trips and emissions.
  • Noise, dust, and light-pollution controls—especially in occupied campuses and city cores.
  • Topsoil preservation and defined waste streams (metal, wood, plastic, inert).

Design for Performance

  • Envelope & daylighting: High-performance cladding, skylights, and orientation-led design to reduce artificial lighting and HVAC loads.
  • Thermal comfort: Insulation and vapor barriers to stabilize indoor temperatures in warehouses, plants, and offices.
